How do I receive my download files?
Immediately after purchase, you will receive an email containing your download links.

I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us at info@viciousantelope.com and we will resend your download links promptly.

Are the products physical items?
No. All products are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

⚙️Compatibility

What do I need to use your presets and your guitar amp tones?
You must own the corresponding synthesizer, plugin, or software instrument. Please make sure you have the required software before purchasing.

Are Kontakt libraries compatible with the free Kontakt Player?
Unless otherwise stated, our Kontakt libraries require the full version of Native Instruments Kontakt.

Can I use the presets and libraries in commercial projects?
Yes. You receive a non-exclusive license to use the products in both commercial and non-commercial music productions.

Can I resell or redistribute the presets, samples, or libraries?
No. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the products in any form is strictly prohibited.
